Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 12 pm (UK time) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
UK customers enjoy free standard shipping on all orders, with delivery typically taking 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- US & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties on arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authorities and are outside of our control - we're not able to cover these costs, so please factor this in before ordering.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (such as courier delays or peak periods).
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Lamu Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the courier directly.
