Refund policy


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligible returns can be exchanged or issued as store credit
  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit instead
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.


Store Credit

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • You’ll be issued store credit valid for 1 year 
  • Store credit can be used across all products on our site

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition
  • With all tags attached and original packaging included
  • With hygiene liners intact

For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@lamuswim.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the same item where possible
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.
