Returns and Refunds
If something isn’t quite right, please email us at hello@lamuswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
Full-priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping
We currently ship within the UK.
Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.
We offer free UK standard shipping with delivery typically within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Fabric
Our swimwear is crafted from REPREVE® and ECONYL® which are both made from recycled materials.
The fabric is ultra soft, supportive, and double lined for a smooth, secure fit that feels comfortable all day.
Care
To keep your Lamu Swim pieces looking their best, we recommend gentle care:
- Hand wash in cold water after wear
- We recommend avoiding detergent unless your bikini has a stain. If needed, use a fragrance-free detergent.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean
- Lay flat to dry in the shade
- Avoid rough surfaces, sunscreen and oils where possible
With the right care, your swimwear will keep its shape, softness, and colour summer after summer.
